Samenvatting
Both nationally and internationally information systems for road traffic are being conceived and indeed partly implemented on an increasing scale. Examples of these are PROMETHEUS, DRIVE, ETIS and INTAKT projects. These systems are made possible by new telecommunications technology which permits information flow on a previously unknown scale.
