Samenvatting
The time is right for stimulating investments by the government. The direction and choice of investment are very important. We have to aim at our functional place in Western Europe. This place is determined by transport and communication. This means the investment has to go into this direction. The second area of investment concerns the inner cities. Strengthening of the economic function of the cities is a first priority. To come to the right investment plans a plea is made for public-private partnership.
