This Circular, 'Innovative Applications of the Highway Capacity Manual 2010' includes seven full technical papers and three extended abstracts focusing on applications of the Highway Capacity Manual 2010 (HCM 2010), as presented at the TRB 93rd Annual Meeting in January 2014. HCM 2010 involves many significant updates and additions to previous editions of the HCM.
