Samenvatting
The guiding principle to the framework of a traffic safety plan for the city of The Hague is presented. The aims of the local policy: the aims of the traffic safety plan; the necessary integration and co-ordination; the difference between a preventive and curative policy; the objective and subjective safety; and an example of a problem are discussed briefly.
