Samenvatting
This report summarizes the approach, rationale, and some of the results of an effort being made at the Naval Training Device Center Human Factors Laboratory to acquire information on learning, retention and transfer which can be applied toward the solution of military training problems. A review of some relevant psychological theories and an analysis of some of the relevant research literature are included.
