Samenvatting
This article gives a description of the function of the traffic network. Then is gone into the problematic of the environmental planning for a district and for a city centre. In relation to the city centre planning the author concludes that if we want a lively city centre it needs continuous adaption to new developments. Also free pedestrian traffic is required.
