Samenvatting
In recent years many integration-studies have been carried out, either on the initiative of the Department of Transportation or on the initiative of the public transport companies. In most cases the process of the study had a troublesome progress already in the planningphase, that is before the decision-making phase. Recommendations are therefore particularly related to a better structure of the planningprocess. Besides that, suggestions are made what kind of surveys are necessary.
