Samenvatting
A scoping study was carried out to determine the possible mechanisms for and the likely efficacy of the introduction of Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) in London. The available technologies and research studies are reviewed and the likely safety benefits are presented. A suggested plan for the implementation of ISA in London is presented along with a tentative time-plan. (Author/publisher)
