Samenvatting
The appraisal of accidents involving collisions with pedestrians has demonstrated that a separate medical technical study is not adequate to completely clarify such cases. By means of a cooperation between medical and traffic engineering specialists it has been found possible to classify the typical nature of collisions with pedestrians, and thanks to this classification to understand the nature of the origin of injuries and the accident process.
