Samenvatting
The small criminality in the Netherlands has increased much during the last twenty years. In particular thefts, fraud in public transport, vandalism and traffic offences have shown an explosive growth. This increase has contributed to the feelings of unsafety and insecurity at the population. The cause of this increase is mostly the lack of law and order, caused by the changing attitudes in the society.
