Samenvatting
International business travel is an important class of travel in the context of a quickly integrating European economy. This paper is based on an exploratory study on the backgrounds, factors and characteristics of international business travel to and from the Netherlands. Based on currently available data and interviews with experts in the field the main characteristics are described.
