Samenvatting
The main features of the new program in matters of road construction, safety, and traffic for the years 1971, 1972 and 1973 of the OECD steering committee for road research are outlined in this article. Mention is also made of the activities in these matters performed by the several working groups and the outcome of this research. The article ends by giving information on the IRRD-scheme as to its principles of operation.
