Interoperability of transport systems in France - the applications of thedesign assistance ACTIF, and their feed-back for making it more efficient.

Two examples of applications of ACTIF show the use of: the model as a organization-independent and profession-based reference repository when interconnecting multimodal hubs. These are: case in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region; the OSCAR tool to determine the scope of functions in relation to the identified requirements; and the feasibility study for a multimodal information system in Alsace. Those applications have brought on some comments and criticisms on the ACTIF model, method and tool. Some of them have enabled the extension of the scope of ACTIF. They have been taken into accountfor making this design assistance more efficient. New versions of the ACTIF model and of its tool OSCAR will be published. For the covering abstract see E134653.
