Samenvatting
The main function of the intersection controller is the switching of the various traffic lights on a particular intersection. In case the intersection forms a part of a co-ordinated traffic route a "master-controller is used, which transmits synchronising signals to the respective individual intersection- controllers, thereby creating the "green- wave" effect. A technical description of the instruments is given.
