Samenvatting
In the design and drafting of projects, Morocco takes economic and social factors into consideration. Details are given of the regional highways master plan and the 4th highways project. Multi- criteria analysis is used for evaluating road projects together with traffic forecast models. The sanding- over of roads is a major problem in Morocco, be it pin- point sanding or widespread sanding. Measures taken to overcome the problem are listed.
