Samenvatting
An inventory is made of research projects and studies into the use of alcohol and drugs and their related problems. A number of research workers and research institutes, working in this field, were consulted. Information was obtained of the use of alcohol and drugs concerning (1) magnitude and extent, severity and regional dispersion, (2) properties of use leading to professional assistance, (3) magnitude and extent and dispersion of the demand and after for professional assistance, and (4) the attuning of the assistance.
