Investigation of a combined photographic and computer simulation technique for use in the study of isolated intersections. (Abridgment).

An efficient method of studying intersection operation is reported. Field studies were made with cameras and mirrors at four types of intersection to provide validation data for a computer simulation model capable of simulating the intersection of two-and four-lane roadways with and without left turns lanes.
