Samenvatting

From the experimental results presented in this paper it may be concluded that for lead acid cells and for the values of frequency and mark/space ratio specified, pulsed current charging offers no advantages over continuous current charging for three- stage and single-stage charging techniques. However, for two-stage charging routines, pulsed current charging can offer slight advantages over continuous current charging.
