Samenvatting
In the evaluation of traffic signs, marking and signals for the 1971 manual on uniform traffic control devices a questionnaire was designed, to provide information about population stereotypes as to the meaning of the traffic control device as a symbol, the implication of this meaning for action and the preference for one control device over another. The questionnaire is described in this volume.
