Samenvatting
The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of safety belts and the opinion of drivers about the factors related to their use as well as about the making the use of safety belts obligatory. The investigation was made in two stages, which are: 1) observing the use of safety belts without stopping vehicle, and 2) by means of a driver interview.
