Samenvatting
Measurement of mobility changes over time using panel data suffers from the attrition phenomenon present in surveys of the panel type. The paper summarizes an analysis of attrition in the first two waves of the Dutch mobility panel survey and indicates the level of potential biases. A correction procedure is presented consisting of weighting the observations of individual panel members.
