The author appeals to the disabled to offer their help to those who plan, to guide them in the problems of disability and to cooperate with them. He also appeals to those who plan to seek to know the need of the handicapped. It is essential that disabled and able-bodied get together over planning, make a partnership so that the handicapped can be fully integrated into the life and spirit of the city on the move.
