Samenvatting
An overview is given of traffic accidents on secondary and tertiary roads in the Province of Groningen during 1977 and in particular of accident black spots. From the analysis of the traffic accident studies and other measurements, completed with other data (location, intensity, speed, surface roughness, traffic measures) recommendations for road improvement or reconstruction can be given.
