Samenvatting
In the activity report of the Dutch Army accident data are presented. The number of fatalities increased from 7 to 11. The number of severely injured decreased from 53 to 49. During 1979 there were 144 more traffic accidents than in 1978 while there was driven 8.362.000 kilometer less. This negative result was mainly due to the bad winter circumstances in the beginning of 1979. Nevertheless a better education and instruction of Army drivers is stressed.
