Starting point is a research on the experience and use of the public space in older town districts in the framework of the restructuring experiments in Eindhoven and Rijswijk. There is no unaminity about the way changes should take place. Many do not want to solve the parking problems by creating more parking places. Besides production thinking, process thinking is important.
