Samenvatting
An analysis is presented of the relationship between the surface wear of asphalt concrete pavements and traffic accidents, and the traffic safety effects of resurfacing. The results of a before-and-after study will be used to determine the time for resurfacing, plan traffic safety improvements and optimize pavement costs.
