Samenvatting
The feasibility of two parking garages in the historical towncenter, of Delft is analysed. In part A the used method of analysis is discussed. Knowledge is acquired about the factors that influence parking behaviour. In part B the way the municipality handles the result of the feasibility study is described. The question is posed how costs are allotted, to parkers, the towncentre policy, or both.
