Samenvatting
Data on the effects of alcohol and certain psychotropic drugs upon kinetic visual acuity are presented. In general, a decrement in performance was obtained; the extent of the decrement being dependent on several independent variables. The practical implications of the results in terms of the real driving task are discussed and the value of the test instrument is assessed.
