Samenvatting
The reason for the study was to examine the comfort requirement of the colthoid in different road design cases. Especially in more cramped situations (curves with a radius less than 600 m.) the comfort requirements are most important. A different look at the relation design speed- minimum radius is necessary. Also the use of straight-instead of curved super-elevation-lines is positive.
