Samenvatting
At the Delft University of Technology a student course was given on recreational traffic. Land use and recreation, bottlenecks on the North Sea Islands, bottlenecks in the recreational traffic in the Western part of Holland with the greatest density of population and the greatest urbanisation and recreational traffic in general are considered. A mathematical distribution model is developed to make a prognosis of the trippers which will visit existing recreational areas.
