Samenvatting
When in an urban network measures are taken that have an effect on route choice, the traffic volumes will change. A method has been developed to estimate the effects without doing a complete origin-destination survey. One may investigate whether the capacity of the network will be satisfactory after the measures have been carried out. The method consists out of two parts: an estimation technique for the origin- destination matrix and capacity calculation for intersections.
