Samenvatting
A colloqium is held in Karlsruhe to discuss the problems of transport with the inland navigation. While the transport by railway, road and sky becomes more and more congested, the transport with the inland navigation can help to solve this. With the mathematic statistics obtained in road transport, it may be possible to solve the problems for the inland navigation as the waiting time at sluices.
