Samenvatting
From considerations of efficiency short period counts were used to construct origin-destination tables of bicycle traffic within an evaluation study of a cycleway network scheme in Delft. From a detailed analysis of the counts it was concluded that one should proceed cautiously in expanding short period counts. An estimation procedure was developed that heavily uses other information sources.
