Samenvatting
In order to be able satisfactorily to carry out investigations concerning accidents and their relations to road and traffic factors, certain requirements are raised for accuracy when determining the location of accidents reported to the police. The requirement is that 90% of the accidents occurring on a stretch of road, 100 meter of length, are to be determined according to their location.
