Samenvatting
At Delft University of Technology research is taking place into the relative importance of quality-determining aspects of a trip by public transport. The research focused mainly on the role of the quality of public transport in the route-choice-process of various populations of public transport-users. In this paper the current research-project is outlined and experiences with the two methods used as well as some first results are presented.
