Samenvatting
The quality of the infrastructure can be expressed in the convenience and reliability by which movements can be made using that infrastructure. For the main road network a quality definition was used for levels of flow. A working group has introduced now another idea for the traffic quality by using accessibility. A mathematical model is made to estimate characteristics of the congestion patterns caused by the lack of capacity in the road network.
