Samenvatting
A quiz competition, carried out as part of a safety campaign, to test motorist's knowledge of the highway code, is described. Results described showed that only 5% of the contestants were completely correct, all others making more than one error. The rules, counter-rules, details and exceptions of the Italian traffic regulations, are described, as designed more for the subsequent analysis of responsibility, than for the effective prevention of accidents.
