The visual fatigue of the driver has many causes, like the conditions of the road, the vehicle, the traffic, the driving speed, the environment, the weather circumstances, and the driver himself. There are some drugs which can help to combat the fatigue but these are only artificial. The onliest treatments which really help are rest and stopping the driving.
