Samenvatting
In order to bring home to the public the fact that each of his gestures on the road conditions the safety of his fellow road user, the author suggests the creation of an "Institut Supérieur de la Sécurité" with the following aims: Safety education at a superior and a practical level; safety research; and legislative and psychological advice.
