This article emphasizes the specific problems relative to carriageway marking and signposting in urban thoroughfares. It stresses in particular the new regulations relative, on the one hand, to priority signs and, on the other, to marking. It shows the necessary coherence between the '' posting plans'' and the traffic plans, the preparation of which was dealt with in previous articles.
