Samenvatting
The first part of the paper presents the automobile insurance in the countries in the process of motorisation discusses the degradation of insurance in general due for a major part to the severity of the accidents. Part 2 outlines research into appropriate solutions e.g. improvement of driving and vehicles, system of compensation of personal injuries, and application of appropriate sanctions.
