Samenvatting
The 'North-South' Trans-European Motorway will have a length, of 360 km through Bulgaria. The linking of the motorway networks and the Balkan roads to the said motorway will provide access to important financial central, industrial plants and tourist towns in the Balkans. The construction of the project will give rise to a good number of problems re-sulting from the energy crisis.
