Samenvatting
Sound measurements on and around racing circuits during cross country and speed races by motorcycles and by racing cars are carried out. The aim was to investigate the real distance required to eliminate the noise inconvenience to the local residents incurred by such races. The results gave useful data on distance, direction, screening etc. In the mean time there is a royal decree to provide against organisation of races.
