Samenvatting
The recent proliferation of the off-highway recreational motor vehicle (such as snowmobiles, minibikes, trail bikes,dune-buggies and all-terrain vehicles) has resulted in reglation of their operation. This commentary reviews existing motor vehicle regulations, including provisions of the Uniform Vehicle Code, to determine their applicability to off-highway vehicles.
