Samenvatting
Different systems of the operation of a bus network, and its special characteristics are reviewed. New innovations to be applied are: automatic transmission, electric motors and transmission in articulated vehicles, standardized maintenance and cleaning schemes. In general the quality of the service must be improved. An example is given of an integrated bus network.
