The Young Driver Safety and Graduated Licensing Discussion Paper has been prepared to raise awareness of the safety issues facing young drivers and to encourage Victorians to contribute to improving their safety. To ensure that any measures introduced by the State Government to improve safety for young drivers best meet community needs, Victorians are urged to read the Discussion Paper and provide their comments.
