The use of electronic speed measuring devices raises no problems of entrapment. Certain devices are out of law by states which prohibit speed traps, but radar not yet been put on the forbidden list. Whatever legal problems will arise form the use of new speed measuring apparatus will have their sources in legislature, not in the law
