Samenvatting
Provisional educational objectives for young cyclists and moped riders are presented. The objectives are based upon data collected in a literature study of accidents, behaviour, knowledge, attitudes and cognitive abilities of the target groups as well as upon a formal description of the required cycling behaviour and the discrepancies between required and observed behaviour.
