Samenvatting
Many accidents are due to faulty repairs or the use of vehicles which, having been declared a total loss, have nevertheless been put on the road again. In order to fight these practices, a proposed law has been submitted to the French Parliament, so that damaged vehicles would have to be examined by official experts.
