Samenvatting

Light trespass is the result of light that does not reach its destination, or that is reflected after having reached its destination or is scattered by the media in between source and destination: by light that is "spilled". Light trespass may disturb people for whom the lighting actually is designed. This may result in glare and other disturbances.
